trac patch display page should contain a download button

   The page at the url you cite does have a download button; it is labelled "Original Format" and leads to https://trac.einsteintoolkit.org/raw-attachment/ticket/1003/0003-GRHydro-add-routines-to-access-CarpetEvolutionMask-e.patch (which downloads the patch rather than display it).

   It does indeed. My bad. My request was triggered by being asked for a "raw" format for a patch twice in the last two days. I had never even realised there is a a link at theb bottom.
