The example for CCTK_Equals in the reference guide (http://cactuscode.org/documentation/referencemanual/ReferenceManualch2.html#x4-49000A2) has an errant semicolon and does not include the macro DECLARE_CCTK_FUNCTIONS which seems to be needed for CCTK_Equals to be used.
