attached please find patches for the changes applied during the workshop at RIT as well as some of the older ones from Zelmani.

Unless there are objections I will apply them on Friday.

With these, Zelmani and trunk agree up to whitespace and support for EvolutionMask.

    They had not been committed yet. I just committed them to trunk right now. Most of them affect only the MHD version, patch 0002 adds extra info output to the routine that checks c2p_failed in poststep and would have been nice to have. No bugs were left out. They were committed as rev 431 -- 439 of GRHydro.
