EinsteinToolkit wiki should require a login for editing pages

The simfactory advanced tutorial at http://docs.einsteintoolkit.org/et-docs/Simulation_Factory_Advanced_Tutorial was recently defaced. Since this is now a problem in general for public-write-access services on the web, I propose that the Einstein Toolkit wiki should require an account for editing.

    We should maybe try to use capchas before requiring an account. This seemed to work for the trac so far.

    Let's say this works for the moment and look at it again once we have problems again. The capchas did prevent spam so far.
