GRHydro update

attached please find the proposed updates for GRhydro this time around. Unless objections are raised I will commit them on or after next Sunday.

There is a bugfix for the sync_only_conservatives parameter, one for a variables for MHD not being declared OMP private, and fixes to test suites that were affected byt the sync_only_conservatives parameter or were using inconsistent settings for poly_gamma_ini. There is one new feature to reconstruct temperature instead of epsilon.
