CactusUtils/Accelerator requires Carpet

Is there a way for this not to depend on Carpet? So far, we did a clear separation of Cactus/Carpet, and Accelerator is in CactusUtils.

    Only Carpet offers the schedule hooks that allows this thorn to function. Providing these hooks without Carpet would require offering them from the flesh as well.
