Idea: Script to generate bug report

It would be nice if there was a script that collected the relevant configuration and build information for a bug report. This script would e.g. put OptionList, ThornList etc. into a tarball, plus relevant files from the config-data directory, etc.

For a simulation, it would automatically tar up the parameter file, but also number of nodes, OpenMP threads, machine name, submit/run script, etc.
