Announce mailing list unused

The ET support web page http://einsteintoolkit.org/community/support/ says that there is an "announce@einsteintoolkit.org" mailing list, but according to the archives http://lists.einsteintoolkit.org/pipermail/announce/, this list has never been used. Either the list should have announcements sent to it, or the list and the pointer to it should be removed.
