   ThornGuide is outdated. I recommend using ThornDoc or ArrangementDoc instead. (I don't know whether this helps for this issue.)

   The EinsteinExact ArrangementDoc builds without any problems. If ThornGuide is outdated, then would it be better to remove that instead of worrying about fixing EinsteinExact?

   Note that the issue reported here is about html, not pdf.

   Yes, I forgot to mention that it was the HTML version of the ArrangementDoc that I tried.

   This may no longer be an issue since the discussion of #1556, but just in case it is I have changed the EinsteinExact documentation to consist of just a single tex file.
