Support valgrind as debug/performance tool

Support valgrind, in particular the --cachegrind tool, with SimFactory as a performance measurement tool. The cache characteristics should be taken out of the MDB.

Frankly, I’d rather remove both this and the current (almost always failed) attempt to provide debugger hookups. These seem pretty much unmaintained (and unmaintainable). Much better to provide solid, basic functionality than lots of features that are not maintained and often do not work.
