--localdir does not work

The option --localdir does not seem to work. I added a --localdir option to the "sim run" call in the submit script, but this doesn't seem to do anythin. In fact, this option seems to be ignored -- using grep, I didn't see any code that handles this option.

It has been determined that --localdir is not necessary anymore since simfactory will intelligently change to the correct Cactus directory remotely, or if necessary, you can specify a specific cactus directory with --remotecactuspath.
