Gallery examples should be tested

The gallery examples at https://einsteintoolkit.org/gallery.html should be tested to make sure they work with the upcoming release.
There are 5 examples to test.
- BBH: 05-Feb-2018: Simulation completes successfully; waveform phase agrees with stored dataset to within 1e-4 radians
- Poisson
- Multipatch
- Single neutron star
- Binary neutron star

I have tested the BBH example, and it runs. I will update the ticket when it completes, to make sure that it does, and that the results are the same as when it was run before. I also decided to implement (part of) https://trac.einsteintoolkit.org/ticket/2055 as part of this, to make it easier for people to run the example.
