#2136 new enhancement

integrate server status page into ET website

Description

There are at least two different server uptime monitors that we use in the ET:

It would be nice to have one or both linked from the ET website and ideally have a warning about when servers are down on the main ET site. The warning can be done with a bit of javascript and css using API keys for uptimerobot (attached is some sample html for this) eg here: https://etstats.barrywardell.net/

I have added such a status page to http://einsteintoolkit.org/documentation/new-user-tutorial to give some feedback when the tutorial server is down.
