jupyter tutorial only evolves TOV star for very short time

It sets the evolution end time to 250Msun which is barely enough to see one oscillation. Setting it to something so short makes no sense. Once can always abort if one wants to stop it. We should restore the original final time.

At least as of git hash 7ebc1ed "CactusTutorial: more closely match gallery BNS example physics" of jupyter-et the maximum time is set to 400M which shows 2 full oscillations.
