spam in trac

There were two instances today of our trac system being used for spam delivery (by putting an email address into the CC field).
I have deleted both of them.
The CAPTCHA system is in place and requires that one passes Googles ReCAPTCHA but apparently this is not enough.
Note that not only are we ourselves exposed to spam but also our server is seen as sending Spam to the email addresses in CC.

We no longer use trac so spam on trac is no longer an issue.

This was discussed in today's ET call. I have added a warning to the Trac main page about not being able to create tickets anymore unless logged in.
