I suggest to log simfactory commands verbatim in a simulation LOG file. This can be helpful for reproducing a simulation at a later time. Also, it can help finding errors in the command-line options, passed to simfactory.

Simfactory now logs everything that goes on. The logfile can be found in the cactus source path, log, and then simfactory.log
