version 1.11 add support of KNL processor (see https://raw.githubusercontent.com/open-mpi/hwloc/v1.11/NEWS):

Version 1.11.0 * Detection improvements + Add support for Intel Knights Landing Xeon Phi. Thanks to Grzegorz Andrejczuk and Lukasz Anaczkowski.

since we claim to support KNL CPUs (eg on stampede2) this should be included.
