Repeat warnings at end

When there are conflicts or other problems, the warnings are output as GetComponents proceeds. The warnings should be repeated at the end. At the very least, the fact that there were warnings should be made clear. Otherwise, conflicts or other problems remain undetected, and the next --update operation will then lead to serious problems because the repositories are in an unclean state.

I doubt that will be a problem. I've been pretty busy with school recently, but next week is my Spring Break, so I've been planning on using it to catch up with !GetComponents :)

Ok, warnings are now repeated at the end, the formatting isn't great yet, but they are there :)
