Reorder ticket states

Description

The order in which the ticket states is displayed (in the form where one modifies the ticket state) should be the natural order in which a ticket progresses. The current order is somewhat random.

I suggest this order:

new
confirmed
accept
reassign
review
resolve

Currently (and by default), it seems to be reverse-alphabetical order, which of course seems quite random. However, the default trac code doesn't provide an easy way to change this, e.g. by the simple config. We would need to write a costum plugin, e.g. ala http://demo.codesetter.com/node/19

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as new The ticket will remain with no owner.
Next status will be 'review'.
as The resolution will be set.
to The owner will be changed from (none) to the specified user.
Next status will be 'confirmed'.
The owner will be changed from (none) to anonymous.

Add Comment


E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
