Need a transition guide for SimFactory

People who are using the Perl version of SimFactory will need to know how to change their usage for the Python version for the ET release. Do we have such a document?

We will update the standard tutorial, i.e. the one without "Pysim" in it. Please point to <https://docs.einsteintoolkit.org/et-docs/Tutorial_for_New_Users>.

I have included a link to the [https://docs.einsteintoolkit.org/et-docs/Pysim_Tutorial_for_New_Users Tutorial for new users] in the release notes. I don't know if this is up-to-date and if it works or not. Maybe someone should go through it and make sure that it works before the release.
