Carpet::processor_topology="recursive" breaks when using multipatch grids (Llama)

the attached parameter file, when run with 2 or more MPI Processes fails with: ` WARNING level 0 in thorn Interpolate2 processor 0 host horizon.tapir.caltech.edu (line 99 of /data/rhaas/postdoc/gr/Zelmani/arrangements/Llama/Interpolate2/src/test.cc): -> There were 27 grid points which are interpolated from boundary points. You may need to increase Coordinates::additional_overlap_size. ` but runs fine if one comments out the processor_topology line or runs on a single processor.
